Breaking – Coordinated Terror Attacks: Severed Head Found on Fence in France
ISIS followed up on a call to arms for Ramadan by conducting terror attacks around the world. A decapitated body was found at a U.S. owned factory in France – the head was pinned to a fence/gate near the body. At least 27 British tourists were killed nearly simultaneously in Tunisia. In Kuwait, at least 16 were killed at a Shia Mosque.
ISIS leaders had called for followers to make Ramadan a “time of calamity for the infidels.”
“Muslims everywhere, we congratulate you over the arrival of the holy month. Be keen to conquer in this holy month and to become exposed to martyrdom.” Abu Muhammad Al-Adnani, ISIS spokesman
It began at 0950, when two men dressed as delivery workers crashed a car into the U.S. owned Air Products industrial gas plant in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, near Lyon. They then set of several explosive devices. They killed one locqal businessman, decapitating him and “pinning” the head on a gate. The head was covered in scrawled Arabic phrases and was left near two ISIS flags.
“The attack was of a terrorist nature since a body was discovered, decapitated and with inscriptions…At the time I am speaking, there is one dead and two injured.” Francois Hollande, President of France
One man and his wife are in custody after the attacks. The man was known to police for a “number of years” according to Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuv. His name is Yassin Salhi, 35. Police are searching for any others who might be connected to the attack. He was known for radicalization in the Salafist movement, but had no criminal record. The victim may have been Salhi’s boss.
A fireman rushed to the scene and overpowered the suspect.
Terror in Tunisia
28 people were gunned down on a beach at a Tunisian resort, the victims wereBritish , Belgian, and German nationals. The area is popular with British tourists, and since it is Ramadan, it was clear that the victims were tourists.
The Hotel Riu Imperial Marhaba is a popular tourist destination near Sousse.
One suspect has been killed, the others are being sought.

Terror in Kuwait
16 people were murdered at a Shi’ite Mosque in Kuwait City in what authorities described as a suicide bombing. The incident occurred immediately after their Friday prayers. ISIS has claimed responsibility previously for attacks on Shia Mosques in Saudi Arabia.
The Islamic State
The fact that the attacks seemed coordinated and fell in keeping with their pattern, is a strong indicator of ISIS’ involvement. Whether “lone wolf” or directly connected, it appears that Islamists no longer value their own time of fasting and prayer- a dangerous new turn of events. And what was Obama’s comment that these things never happen in more “civilized countries?”
